M42 BR01 & BR02 Bridge Structures moved into Place

21st October 2022

As part of the M42 J6 Improvement works, the M42 motorway was closed for the weekend to move two of the largest bridge sections into place. Known to the project team as BR01 & BR02,the FRC elements constructed by Kelly Formwork saw 1850m2 of Formwork (Permanent & Paraslim), 204 tonnes of reinforcement and 520m3 of concrete.
