As members of the Construct Training Programme, we aim to ensure each and every employee has the right skill sets to enable them to do their job correctly and safely.
Apprenticeships & Rehabilitation
We employ a number of apprentices under a joint Construct-CITB apprenticeship programme. This ensures that young apprentices working for the company combine college learning with on-site experience, and allows them to gain the recognised industry qualifications to move their careers forward.
We also work with rehabilitation services to give ex-offenders a second chance with a new chosen career in construction.
